     What is the Robusta Honey Coffee Process?

    The Robusta honey coffee process involves delicately separating the harvested coffee fruit from its skin and a portion of the inner flesh. Subsequently, the beans undergo a meticulous drying period on racks or in a designated yard. During this time, the remaining pulp encasing the coffee bean fosters a heightened fermentation process in comparison to traditional natural (dry/natural) processing methods.

    This residual mucilage is rich in acids and sugars, imparting a distinctive quality to the coffee beans. The inclusion of this element results in a well-balanced overall sweetness, surpassing the outcomes achieved by alternative methods. Executed with precision and adhering to a specific timeline, the Honey preparation method bestows a unique characteristic, refining both dry and wet preparation techniques.
