Bourbon coffee traces its roots to the French island of Bourbon (now Réunion), and was introduced to Vietnam in 1875.
Today, Bourbon cultivated in Đà Lạt is considered among the most valuable coffees in Vietnam, known for its natural sweetness, organic acidity, and exceptional complexity — comparable to some of the world’s finest specialty coffees.
